1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SkinSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the app on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the latest revision was made. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email where possible.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SkinSnap. You sign in through Google authentication. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the selfies, photos, and other content you upload to SkinSnap. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the app’s features to you. You may not upload content that violates the rights of others, is illegal, or is otherwise harmful.
5. Subscriptions and payments
SkinSnap may offer a monthly subscription plan. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the advertised fee and any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to active subscribers.
6. Medical disclaimer
SkinSnap is an educational and self-care tool, not a medical service. Recommendations are informed by dermatology principles widely shared in public literature but do not replace advice from a licensed dermatologist or other qualified healthcare provider. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or concern, consult a medical professional before using new products.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: attempting to access another user’s account, uploading content that is not your own, interfering with the app’s security or performance, or using the app for illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Termination
You may stop using SkinSnap at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if we discontinue the app. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately, but provisions related to liability, disclaimers, and intellectual property will survive.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkinSnap and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you did not pay anything.
